Amending O. Reg. 213/91

(CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS)

1. Subsection 142.06 (1) of Ontario Regulation 213/91, as made by section 11 of Ontario Regulation 242/16, is amended by striking out “and who may be exposed to a hazard described in section 26”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2017 and the day it is filed.
