Amending Reg. 604 of R.R.O. 1990

(PARKING)

1. Schedule 81 to Appendix A to Regulation 604 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

SCHEDULE 81

HIGHWAY NO. 60

1. On the south side of that part of the King’s Highway known as No. 60 in the Township of Lake of Bays in The District Municipality of Muskoka lying between a point situate 50 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Muskoka Road 8/Limberlost Road and a point situate 350 metres measured easterly from the said intersection.

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 60 in the Township of Peck in the Territorial District of Nipissing beginning at a point situate 385 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the entrance to the Hardwood Lookout Trail and extending easterly for a distance of 690 metres.

3. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 60 in the Township of Canisbay in the Territorial District of Nipissing beginning at a point situate 20 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the entrance to the Killarney Lodge and extending westerly for a distance of 1170 metres.

4. On the north side of that part of the King’s Highway known as No. 60 in the Township of Sproule in the Territorial District of Nipissing beginning at a point situate at its intersection with the east entrance to the Lookout Trail and extending easterly for a distance of 348 metres.

5. On the north side of that part of the King’s Highway known as No. 60 in the Township of Sproule in the Territorial District of Nipissing beginning at a point situate at its intersection with the west entrance to the Lookout Trail and extending westerly for a distance of 455 metres.

6. On the south side of that part of the King’s Highway known as No. 60 in the Township of Sproule in the Territorial District of Nipissing beginning at a point situate 455 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the west entrance to the Lookout Trail and extending easterly for a distance of 954 metres.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
