Amending O. Reg. 136/95

(DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY OF MINISTER TO GIVE CONSENTS)

1. Schedule 1 of Ontario Regulation 136/95 is amended by revoking paragraphs 7, 12, 15 and 18.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of February 1, 2017 and the day it is filed.
