Amending O. Reg. 349/12

(REGISTRATIONS UNDER PART II.2 OF THE ACT - PRINTING)

1. The definition of “standby power system” in subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 349/12 is amended by striking out “Ontario Regulation 346/12 (Registrations under Part II.2 of the Act — Heating Systems and Standby Power Systems)” and substituting “Ontario Regulation 524/98 (Environmental Compliance Approvals — Exemptions from Section 9 of the Act)”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
