Amending O. Reg. 43/02

(EHEALTH ONTARIO)

1. (1) Subsection 6 (1) of Ontario Regulation 43/02 is amended by striking out “shall include one member” and substituting “shall include at least one member”.

(2) Subsection 6 (6) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the member” and substituting “the member or members”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
