(APPEALS FROM PENALTIES IMPOSED UNDER THE MARKET RULES)

1. Ontario Regulation 12/01 is amended by adding the following French version:

APPELS DES PEINES IMPOSÉES AUX TERMES DES RÈGLES DU MARCHÉ

1. Le montant de 10 000 $ est prescrit pour l’application de l’alinéa 36 (1) a) de la Loi.
