1. Ontario Regulation 214/08 is amended by adding the following French version:

NORMES DE FIABILITÉ

Organisme de normalisation

1. Northeast Power Coordinating Council, Inc. est désigné comme organisme de normalisation pour l’application de la définition de «organisme de normalisation» au paragraphe 2 (1) de la Loi.

Examen entrepris à l’initiative de la Commission

2. Pour l’application du paragraphe 36.2 (4) de la Loi, le délai prescrit est de 120 jours.
