Amending O. Reg. 398/93

(DESIGNATION OF PUBLIC SERVICE AGENCIES)

1. (1) Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 398/93 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

118.0.1  Georgian Bay General Hospital, also known as Hôpital général de la baie Georgienne, but only in respect of the ambulatory care program and the finance, human resources and telecommunications services carried out on behalf of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.

(2) The French version of paragraph 126.1 of section 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “personne morale également connue sous” and substituting “également connu sous”.

Commencement

2. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Subsection 1 (1) comes into force on July 1, 2017.
