Amending O. Reg. 387/07

(PRESCRIBED BODIES, CROWN AS EMPLOYER)

1. (1) Paragraph 2 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 387/07 is revoked.

(2) Paragraphs 4 and 5 of section 1 of the Regulation are revoked.

(3) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

7.1 Metrolinx.

(4) Paragraph 12 of section 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

12. Ottawa Convention Centre Corporation.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of May 1, 2017 and the day it is filed.
