Amending O. Reg. 445/10

(GENERAL)

1. (1) Subsection 3 (1) of Ontario Regulation 445/10 is revoked.

(2) Subsection 3 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “subsections (4) and (5)” and substituting “subsection (5)”.

(3) Subsection 3 (4) of the Regulation is revoked.

2. Section 4 of the Regulation is revoked. 

3. Section 5 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Corporations Act” and substituting “Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010”.

4. Section 7 of the Regulation is revoked. 

5. Section 9 of the Regulation is revoked. 

Commencement

6. (1) Subject to subsections (2) to (5), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Subsections 1 (2) and (3) come into force on the later of May 1, 2017 and the day this Regulation is filed.

(3) Subsection 1 (1) comes into force on the later of the day subsection 37 (3) of the Patients First Act, 2016 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.

(4) Sections 2, 4 and 5 come into force on the later of the day subsection 37 (4) of the Patients First Act, 2016 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.

(5) Section 3 comes into force on the later of the day subsection 211 (1) of the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
