Amending Reg. 368 of R.R.O. 1990

(ELECTION OF SURVIVING SPOUSE)

1. Section 1 of Regulation 368 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “Form 1” and substituting “Form 1, titled “Election of Surviving Spouse”, dated April 10, 2017 and available on the Internet through www.ontariocourtforms.on.ca”.

2. Form 1 of the Regulation is revoked.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
