Delegation of Regulation-Making Authority to the Minister

Delegation of regulation-making authority

1. The authority to make regulations relating to the following matters is delegated to the Minister:

1. The matters described in paragraph 2 of subsection 78 (1) of the Act as they relate to matters or things, for which the power to make regulations is delegated to the Minister.

2. The matters described in paragraphs 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 20, 21, 23 and 25 of subsection 78 (1) of the Act.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 78 (1) of Schedule 2 to the Protecting Condominium Owners Act, 2015 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
