Amending O. Reg. 280/14

(IESO: ELIGIBLE INVESTMENTS AND BORROWING)

1. Subsection 3 (2) of Ontario Regulation 280/14 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

5. To provide such funds as may be required for the purposes of the Ontario Fair Hydro Plan Act, 2017, including borrowing,

i. to fund IESO deferrals under section 23 of that Act, and

ii. to fund the activities in which the IESO is authorized or required to engage under that Act.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2017 and the day it is filed.
