Amending O. Reg. 363/16

(GENERAL)

1. Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 363/16 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(4.1) The amount of any delivery credit provided under section 79.4 of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 for the billing period shall be included in the base invoice amount for a billing period as a credit.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2017 and the day it is filed.
