Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Part 3 of Schedule 64 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

District Municipality of Muskoka — Twp. of Lake of Bays

9. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 60 in the Township of Lake of Bays in The District Municipality of Muskoka lying between a point situate 941 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 35 and a point situate 100 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Blue Spruce Road.

(2) Part 4 of Schedule 64 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

District Municipality of Muskoka — Twp. of Lake of Bays

12. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 60 in the Township of Lake of Bays in The District Municipality of Muskoka lying between a point situate 200 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Dwight Bay Road and a point situate 941 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 35.

(3) Paragraph 2 of Part 5 of Schedule 64 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District Municipality of Muskoka — Twp. of Lake of Bays

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 60 in the Township of Lake of Bays in The District Municipality of Muskoka beginning at a point situate 550 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Dwight Bay Road and extending easterly for a distance of 750 metres.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
