Amending O. Reg. 419/05

(AIR POLLUTION - LOCAL AIR QUALITY)

1. (1) Schedule 2 to Ontario Regulation 419/05 is amended by striking out “-” in every cell that contains only “-” and substituting “not applicable”.

(2) Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “15438-31-0” in the column under the heading “CAS No.” and substituting “7439-89-6”.

2. (1) Schedule 3 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “-” in every cell under the heading “CAS No.” that contains only “-” and substituting “not applicable”.

(2) Schedule 3 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “-” in every cell under the headings “One Hour Standard (µg/m³)”, “24 Hour Standard (µg/m³)” and “Other Time Period Standard (µg/m³, unless otherwise indicated)” that contains only  “-” and substituting “none”.

3. Schedule 6 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “-” in every cell that contains only “-” and substituting “not applicable”.

4. Schedule 7 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “-” in every cell that contains only “-” and substituting “not applicable”.

5. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
