Amending O. Reg. 215/95
(EFFLUENT MONITORING AND EFFLUENT LIMITS - ELECTRIC POWER GENERATION SECTOR)
1. (1) Clause (a) of the definition of “limited parameter” in subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 215/95 is amended by striking out “Schedule 2 for the plant” and substituting “the Table for the plant in Schedule 2”.
(2) Clause (b) of the definition of “limited parameter” in subsection 1 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Schedule 3 for the plant” and substituting “the Table for the plant in Schedule 3”.
2. (1) Subsection 16 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding “the Table for the plant in” before “Schedule 2”.
(2) Subsection 16 (2) of the Regulation is amended by adding “the Table for the plant in” before “Schedule 2”.
(3) Clause 16 (3) (a) of the Regulation is amended by adding “the Table for the plant in” before “Schedule 2”.
(4) Clause 16 (3) (b) of the Regulation is amended by adding “the Table for the plant in” before “Schedule 2”.
(5) Subsection 16 (4) of the Regulation is amended by adding “the Table for the plant in” before “Schedule 3”.
(6) Subsection 16 (5) of the Regulation is amended by adding “the Table for the plant in” before “Schedule 3”.
3. (1) Subsection 19 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Schedule 2 for the discharger’s plant” and substituting “the Table for the discharger’s plant in Schedule 2”.
(2) Subsection 19 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Schedule 2 of the discharger’s plant” and substituting “the Table for the discharger’s plant in Schedule 2”.
4. (1) Subsection 20 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Schedule 2 for the discharger’s plant” and substituting “the Table for the discharger’s plant in Schedule 2”.
(2) Subsection 20 (5) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Schedule 2 of the discharger’s plant” and substituting “the Table for the discharger’s plant in Schedule 2”.
5. (1) Subsection 21 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Schedule 3 for the discharger’s plant” and substituting “the Table for the discharger’s plant in Schedule 3”.
(2) Subsection 21 (11) of the Regulation is amended by adding “the Table for the discharger’s plant in” before “Schedule 3”.
(3) Subsection 21 (12) of the Regulation is amended by adding “the Table for the discharger’s plant in” before “Schedule 3”.
(4) Subsection 21 (20) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Schedule 3 for the discharger’s plant” and substituting “the Table for the discharger’s plant in Schedule 3”.
6. (1) Subsection 22 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Schedule 2 for the discharger’s plant” and substituting “the Table for the discharger’s plant in Schedule 2”.
(2) Subsection 22 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Schedule 2 for the discharger’s plant” and substituting “the Table for the discharger’s plant in Schedule 2”.
7. Schedules 2 and 3 of the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:
