Amending O. Reg. 359/16

(GENERAL)

1. Paragraph 2 of subsection 5 (1) of Ontario Regulation 359/16 is amended by striking out “Nova Scotia” and substituting “Manitoba, Nova Scotia”.

2. Section 6 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

2.1 For Manitoba, the Superintendent of Pensions appointed under The Pension Benefits Act (Manitoba).

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
