Amending Reg. 460 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. (1) The Schedule to Regulation 460 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following item:

54.1

Health Shared Services Ontario

Chief Executive Officer

(2) Items 129, 134, 140 and 151 of the Schedule to the Regulation are revoked.

(3) Item 156 of the Schedule to the Regulation is amended by striking out “President of the Treasury Board” in Column 2 and substituting “Minister of Labour”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
