Amending O. Reg. 465/97

(REGULATION UNDER SECTION 46.1 OF THE ACT (PRESCRIBED MUNICIPALITIES, DEFENCE PROPERTY))

1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 465/97 is amended by adding “of the Table to this Regulation” after “Column 1”.

2. Section 2 of the Regulation is amended by adding “of the Table to this Regulation” after “Column 2”.

3. The Table to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
