(EQUIPMENT)
1. (1) Subsection 5 (1) of Regulation 587 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
(1) The push rod stroke of the service brake chamber of a vehicle equipped with wheel brake air chambers shall not be more than the push rod stroke listed in Column 2 of Schedule 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, as the case may be, for the type of chamber listed in Column 1 of the applicable Schedule, if the wheel brake has cam or disc type brakes.
(2) Subsection 5 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “of Schedule 1” at the end and substituting “of Schedule 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5”.
2. Schedule 1 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 7 of Schedule 12 to the Jobs for Today and Tomorrow Act (Budget Measures), 2016 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
