Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraph 2 of Part 2 of Schedule 70 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Timiskaming — Twps. of McGarry and Larder Lake

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 66 in the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying between a point situate 185 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the easterly limit of the roadway known as 27th Street in the locality of Virginiatown in the Township of McGarry and a point situate 315 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the westerly limit of the roadway known as Larder Lake Station Road in the Township of Larder Lake.

(2) Part 4 of Schedule 70 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

District of Timiskaming — Twp. of McGarry

5. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 66 in the Township of McGarry in the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying between a point situate 145 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the westerly limit of the roadway known as Kearns Avenue in the locality of Virginiatown and a point situate 185 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the easterly limit of the roadway known as 27th Street in the locality of Virginiatown.

(3) Paragraph 4 of Part 5 of Schedule 70 to the Regulation is revoked.

(4) Paragraph 2 of Part 6 of Schedule 70 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Timiskaming — Twp. of McGarry

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 66 in the locality of Kearns in the Township of McGarry in the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying between a point situate 50 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the easterly limit of the roadway known as Hummel Street and a point situate 145 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the westerly limit of the roadway known as Kearns Avenue.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
