Amending O. Reg. 199/03

(CONTROL OF WEST NILE VIRUS)

1. Clause 4 (d) of Ontario Regulation 199/03 is revoked and the following substituted:

(d) requirements respecting control measures for larviciding and adulticiding; and

2. Table 1 of the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
