Amending O. Reg. 201/96
(GENERAL)
1. Subsection 2 (1) of Ontario Regulation 201/96 is amended by adding the following paragraph:
6. Persons who reside in homes that are part of the program of the Ministry known as the “Community Homes for Opportunity” program.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2018 and the day it is filed.
