Amending O. Reg. 304/04

(THE WALKERTON CLEAN WATER CENTRE)

1. Subsection 4 (5) of Ontario Regulation 304/04 is amended by striking out “or” at the end of clause (b), by adding “or” at the end of clause (c) and by adding the following clause:

(d) deposit receipts, deposit notes, guaranteed investment certificates, term deposits, certificates of deposit or investment or other similar instruments that are issued, guaranteed or endorsed by a credit union within the meaning of the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 1994.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2018 and the day it is filed.
