Amending Reg. 90 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Clause 35 (3) (b) of Regulation 90 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

(b) of or guaranteed by a bank listed in Schedule I or II to the Bank Act (Canada), a trust or loan corporation registered under the Loan and Trust Corporations Act, an insurance company licensed under the Insurance Act or a credit union within the meaning of the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 1994; or

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2018 and the day it is filed.
