Amending O. Reg. 19/74
(Zoning AREA - REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF DURHAM, Part of the TOWN OF PICKERING (NOW THE CITY OF PICKERING))
1. (1) Paragraph 1 of section 2 of Ontario Regulation 19/74 is amended by adding the following subparagraph:
iv. Those parts of Lots 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 in Concession V being the lands outlined in red on a map numbered 227 and filed at the Ministry of Municipal Affairs located at 777 Bay Street, Toronto.
(2) Paragraph 2 of section 2 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subparagraph:
v. Those parts of Lots 31, 32, 33, 34 and 35 in Concession VI being the lands outlined in red on a map numbered 228 and filed at the Ministry of Municipal Affairs located at 777 Bay Street, Toronto.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
