Amending O. Reg. 332/12

(BUILDING CODE)

1. Subclauses 1.4.1.3(1)(a)(i) and (xx) of Division A of Ontario Regulation 332/12 are each amended by striking out “Ontario Municipal Board” and substituting “Local Planning Appeal Tribunal”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 45 of Schedule 1 to the Building Better Communities and Conserving Watersheds Act, 2017 comes into force and the day it is filed.
