Amending O. Reg. 575/90

(ZONING AREAS - DISTRICT OF KENORA - GEOGRAPHIC TOWNSHIP OF PETTYPIECE)

1. Ontario Regulation 575/90 is amended by adding the following section:

3. Despite section 2, one recreational dwelling, together with accessory buildings and structures may be erected and located within the lands outlined in red on a map numbered 229 and filed with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs, Toronto, Ontario, being Block 28 on Registered Plan 23M-874, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Kenora (No. 23).

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
