Amending O. Reg. 456/16

(HEALTH SHARED SERVICES ONTARIO)

1. Section 3 of Ontario Regulation 456/16 is amended by striking out “local health integration networks and community care access corporations” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “local health integration networks, health service providers and other entities whose primary function is to deliver health services”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of April 1, 2018 and the day it is filed.
