Amending Reg. 440 of R.R.O. 1990

(VEGETABLES FOR PROCESSING - MARKETING)

1. (1) Clause 15.1.2 (b) of Regulation 440 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

(b) by either party to the agreement, if the party gives written notice of the termination to the other party and to the local board, subject to subsection (2).

(2) Subsection 15.1.2 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:

(2) If notice of termination of an agreement is given under clause (1) (b) before December 31 of any given year, the termination shall be effective on January 1 of the second year following the year in which the notice is given.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
