Amending O. Reg. 329/04

(GENERAL)

1. Paragraph 1 of subsection 5 (1) of Ontario Regulation 329/04 is revoked and the following substituted:

1. Section 227 of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 350 of Schedule 1 to the Supporting Children, Youth and Families Act, 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
