Amending O. Reg. 107/96

(CONTROLLED ACTS)

1. Section 3 of the Schedule to Ontario Regulation 107/96 is revoked and the following substituted:

3. Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 350 of Schedule 1 to the Supporting Children, Youth and Families Act, 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.

CORRECTION

The version of this Regulation that was published on April 3, 2018 contained a publication error. It showed that the Regulation was made by Minister Coteau. In fact, the Regulation was made by Minister Jaczek. The correct version was published on May 17, 2018. This correction notice was posted on May 17, 2018.
