Amending O. Reg. 472/07

(BEHAVIOUR, DISCIPLINE AND SAFETY OF PUPILS)

1. The definition of “designated tribunal” in section 1 of Ontario Regulation 472/07 is revoked and the following substituted:

“designated tribunal” means the Child and Family Services Review Board continued under section 333 of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 350 of Schedule 1 to the Supporting Children, Youth and Families Act, 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
