Amending O. Reg. 372/91

(INSTITUTIONS)

1. Subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 372/91 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

4. Centre Jules-Léger Consortium.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the latest of,

(a) the day subsection 1 (1) of Schedule 12 to the Stronger, Fairer Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017 comes into force;

(b) the day subsection 1 (4) of Schedule 12 to the Stronger, Fairer Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017 comes into force; and

(c) the day this Regulation is filed.
