Amending Reg. 611 of R.R.O. 1990
(SAFETY INSPECTIONS)
1. Subsection 8 (10) of Regulation 611 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked.
O. Reg. 163/17
2. Subsection 2 (2) of Ontario Regulation 163/17, which would revoke subsection 8 (10) of Regulation 611 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990, is revoked.
Commencement
3. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation come into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Section 1 comes into force on July 1, 2020.
