Amending Reg. 680 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Section 1 of Regulation 680 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “jury service notice and return to the jury service notice” and substituting “jury questionnaire”.

2. Section 2 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

2. The certification of the jury roll referred to in section 9 of the Act shall be in Form 2.

3. The Table of Forms to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Commencement

4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
