Amending O. Reg. 415/06

(GENERAL)

1. Subsection 2 (1) of Ontario Regulation 415/06 is amended by striking out “paragraph 1” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “paragraphs 1 and 2” and by adding the following paragraph:

2. An Indigenous Institute prescribed for the purposes of section 6 of the Indigenous Institutes Act, 2017.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
