Revocation

1. Ontario Regulation 48/06 is revoked.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day paragraph 2 of section 29 of Schedule 3 to the Cannabis, Smoke-Free Ontario and Road Safety Statute Law Amendment Act, 2017 comes into force and the day it is filed.
