Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990
(PROCEEDINGS COMMENCED BY CERTIFICATE OF OFFENCE)
1. Schedule 83 to Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 39 of Schedule 3 to the Strengthening Protection for Ontario Consumers Act, 2017 comes into force and the day it is filed.
