Amending O. Reg. 340/94

(DRIVERS’ LICENCES)

1. Subsection 9 (3) Ontario Regulation 340/94 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

1.1 An offence under subsection 44.2 (4) of the Act.

2. Subsection 26 (1.1) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

9. A driver’s licence suspension under section 48, 48.0.1, 48.0.2, 48.0.3, 48.0.4, 48.1, 48.2.1, 48.2.2, 48.3 or 48.3.1 of the Act.

3. The heading before section 32.1 and sections 32.1 and 32.2 of the Regulation are revoked.

Commencement

4. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 5 of Schedule 4 to the Cannabis, Smoke-Free Ontario and Road Safety Statute Law Amendment Act, 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.

(2) Section 2 comes into force six months after the day section 6 of Schedule 4 to the Cannabis, Smoke-Free Ontario and Road Safety Statute Law Amendment Act, 2017 comes into force.
