2. For greater certainty, the descriptions of provisions in Column 3 of the Table to section 1 are for convenience of reference only and have no legal significance.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 10 (2) of the Police Record Checks Reform Act, 2015 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
