1. (1) Table 1 of Ontario Regulation 146/10 is amended by adding the following item:

Commencement

2. (1) Subject to subsections (2) to (4), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Subsection 1 (2) comes into force on the later of the day subsection 2 (1) of Schedule 2 to the Building Better Communities and Conserving Watersheds Act, 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.

(3) Subsections 1 (3) and (8) come into force on the later of the day subsection 2 (1) of Schedule 1 to the Building Better Communities and Conserving Watersheds Act, 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.

(4) Subsection 1 (4) comes into force on the later of the day section 3 of Schedule 17 to the Stronger, Healthier Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
