Amending O. Reg. 278/18, which amends O. Reg. 222/98

(GENERAL)

1. The following provisions of Ontario Regulation 278/18 are revoked:

1. Sections 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6.

2. Subsections 7 (1) and (4) and 8 (1) and (4).

3. Section 9.

4. Subsection 10 (3).

5. Sections 11 and 12

6. Subsections 13 (1) and (2).

7. Section 14.

8. Subsections 16 (1), (2) (3) and (5).

9. Section 17.

2. (1) Subsection 19 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Subject to subsections (2), (3), (4) and (5)” at the beginning and substituting “Subject to subsection (2).

(2) Subsections 19 (3), (4) and (5) of the Regulation are revoked.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
