Amending O. Reg. 276/18, which amends O. Reg. 562/05
(PRESCRIBED POLICY STATEMENTS)
1. The following provisions of Ontario Regulation 276/18 are revoked:
1. Subsections 1 (1) and (2).
2. Subsections 2 (1) and (2).
3. Section 3.
2. (1) Subsection 5 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Subject to subsections (2) and (3)” at the beginning.
(2) Subsections 5 (2) and (3) are revoked.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
