Amending O. Reg. 224/98

(ASSISTANCE FOR CHILDREN WITH SEVERE DISABILITIES)

1. (1) Subsection 2 (1) of Ontario Regulation 224/98 is amended by striking out “$490” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “$500”.

(2) Subsection 2 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$490” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “$500”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of September 1, 2018 and the day it is filed.
