Amending O. Reg. 482/73

(COUNTY OF HALTON (NOW THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF HALTON), CITY OF BURLINGTON)

1. Section 2.1 of Ontario Regulation 482/73 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

2. Those lands in the City of Burlington in the Regional Municipality of Halton, shown as part of Part 1 on Map No. 223, being Part of Lot 2 in Concession 1, North of Dundas Street, Township of Nelson, designated as Part 2 on Reference Plan 20R-874, identified as Property Identifier Number 07201-0057 (LT) and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Halton (No. 20).

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
