Amending O. Reg. 201/18

(CENTRE JULES-LÉGER CONSORTIUM - PROVISIONS FOR WHICH NOT DEEMED DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD)

1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 201/18 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

3.1 Section 191 of the Act and, for greater certainty, Ontario Regulation 357/06 (Honoraria for Board Members) made under that section.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the latest of,

(a) the day subsection 1 (1) of Schedule 12 to the Stronger, Fairer Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017 comes into force;

(b) the day subsection 1 (4) of Schedule 12 to the Stronger, Fairer Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017 comes into force; and

(c) the day this Regulation is filed.
