That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7312 (Kerr Mine Road) in the Township of McGarry in the Territorial District of Timiskaming beginning at a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 66 and extending easterly for a distance of 532 metres.
