References to Criminal Code

1. (1) Despite subsection 1 (4) of the Act, a reference in the Act to a provision of the Criminal Code (Canada) listed in Column 1 of the Table shall be read as including a reference to the corresponding provision or provisions of the Criminal Code (Canada) specified in Column 2.

(2) Subsection (1) applies for the two year period starting on the day this Regulation comes into force.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of December 16, 2018 and the day it is filed.
